The services offered by Nexus GPS Tracking and Nexus Driver are provided by the company Nexus Electronics SRL, headquartered in Romania. As a Nexus GPS Tracking or Nexus Driver  user with EU residence, Nexus Electronics SRL is the “controller” of your personal data for the purposes of EU data protection law according to 2016/679 Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council – GDPR.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and / or site registrations) and to notify visitors about updates to our web site.

Nexus Driver automatically collects, stores and processes location data about its users in order to be able to work properly. The Service uses this data to fulfill its primary function: monitoring the routes of the employees from the company which purchased The Service.

Nexus Driver can only collect location data if the user agrees to being monitored and if he gives permission to the Nexus Driver Application to record location data.


Consumers can access this information by visiting Settings page in Nexus GPS Tracking. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information.
